A closer look

This self-initiated beauty project combines my work as model and photographer. The collection follows a cleanser routine through product-in-hand portraits, texture and simple still-life details.

What connects the photographs

The product is shown in use as well as in the frame. Expressions and small actions give the sequence a human rhythm, while closer views keep the packaging and texture part of the story.

Inside the images

Three things to notice

01

Dispensing cleanser makes texture visible.

02

Product-in-hand portraits connect the routine to a person.

03

Still-life details provide another way to feature the product.

How this approach could work for you

For a beauty brief, I would discuss the product, approved messaging and desired balance between demonstration and portraiture before planning the images. This is a portfolio example, not a claimed brand commission.

Before a session, we can talk through what you need the photographs to communicate, where they will be used and the moments that matter most. From there, we can shape a shot list and a pace that fit the project.
