A closer look

This Sawgrass Park collection moves from reflections on still water to a boardwalk, berries and sunlit grasses. The photographs explore the landscape at different distances.

What connects the photographs

The wider views establish the place, while the berries bring attention to a small detail within it. The boardwalk adds a line for the eye to follow through the scene.

Inside the images

Three things to notice

01

Still water makes the reflected trees part of the composition.

02

The boardwalk leads the eye through the greenery.

03

Berries and grasses offer smaller details within the wider landscape.

How this approach could work for you

This personal work shows my interest in place and atmosphere. Those observations can inform location photographs when a setting matters to a larger project.

Before a session, we can talk through what you need the photographs to communicate, where they will be used and the moments that matter most. From there, we can shape a shot list and a pace that fit the project.
